Two ways we work
Some problems need hands on the machine. Others are fixed fastest from a desk. We do both, and we'll tell you honestly which one fits your issue.
On-site house calls
A technician comes to you for hardware problems, network and router trouble, and new equipment that needs to be physically set up and connected. On-site visits cover Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington — plus communities across the wider metroplex.
Remote sessions
Software, email, account, and settings problems are often fixed in a single remote session — no house call needed. You start the session from your computer, you watch what happens, and you can end it at any time.
Who we help
We work with the people and small teams who don't have an IT department to call.
Homes
Laptops that have gone slow, WiFi that drops in the back room, printers that won't print, phones and smart devices that won't connect, and old files that need to be backed up before something goes wrong.
Small businesses
Email and accounts, office WiFi, workstations, printers, and the day-to-day setup that keeps a small team working — without a contract or a monthly package to sign up for.
We serve homes and small businesses across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington — plus communities across the wider Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
How it works: quote first, then work
Nothing gets charged and nothing gets started until you've seen a quote and said yes. There's no contract and no subscription.
- 1
You tell us what's wrong
Fill in the service request form with your name, email, phone, address, a description of the issue, and a preferred time window. Prefer to talk? Call us and we'll take the details down.
- 2
We review it and reply with a quote
A real person reads every request. We come back to you with a quote and an honest read on what the job involves — before any work begins.
- 3
We schedule it — on-site or remote
Once you approve the quote, we agree a time that suits you and confirm whether the fix is best done at your place or over a remote session.
- 4
We fix it and explain it
We work through the problem, explain what we found in plain language, and leave you knowing what changed and what to watch for.
No contracts, real people. You request, we quote, you decide. Every request is read and answered by a person — not routed into a call centre queue.
Plain-language help
Tech support has a reputation for jargon and guesswork. We work the other way round.
- We explain what's broken and what we're doing about it in everyday words — no acronym soup.
- You get a quote before work starts, so there are no surprise bills at the end.
- For remote sessions you start the connection yourself, you can see the screen the whole time, and you can stop it whenever you like.
- If a fix isn't the right fit for your situation, we'll say so rather than sell you something you don't need.

Rather talk to a person first?
You don't have to use the form. Call or email and we'll take the details down ourselves, then follow up with a quote.
